FICCKAE collaborates with different organizations, institutions and NGO’s to support the indigenous peoples in the Amazonian area. FICCKAE works on a national and international level. It is a member of the amazonian confederation CONFENIAE and CONAIE. On international level they are represented as COICA. The cooperation with the Yasuni Nationalpark allows FICCKAE to work in conservation of natural resources. FICCKAE also works together with peruvian organisations like the ORKIWAN, they coordinate assemblies and workshops to exchange knowledge on indigenous activism.

FICCKAE works with various NGS, institutions, on national and international level. Since 2015, the Organization coordinates activities with the Swiss non-governmental organization Cuisine sans Frontières.
